He is an agribusiness graduate from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and acquired more than two decades of experience in agriculture, particularly with multinational crop protection companies that deal with high-value crops (HVCs) like vegetables, rice, corn, and fruit-bearing trees. Having an extensive background in work pertinent to waste-to-energy multinational companies, he is currently involved in a biomass renewable energy company, managing plantations as Vice President for field operations across the country.
